The “Nocciola Golosa” family farm was born in the idyllic green hills of Langhe, a Unesco heritage site.
Hazel is native to Langhe and our fields annually produce hazelnut Tonda Gentile Trilobata varieties (Piedmont Hazelnuts), which are an expression of our land and grown according to the quality and environmental safety criteria of quality and environmental safety.
The strenght of "Nocciola Golosa" lies in three generations of experience in the field and in the daily passion, inspiration, innovation and professionalism we dedicate to the countryside so as to ensure the freshest tasting and most intense hazelnut flavor, and that our ingredients are of the highest and healthiest quality.
We achieve this daily by personally following every step of the production process: from the harvest to the selection of the best hazelnuts, to the shelling, roasting, producing and packaging of the semi-finished products: Hazelnut Meal, Flour, Cream and Paste
